Green Tea- Green Tea’s fresh, grassy flavor helps you relax. Research has found that the high levels of Thea nine Amino Acid found in Green Tea leaves, helps you combat stress levels significantly. This Amino Acid also helps reduce anxiety.

Lavender- Lavender is a herb with calming qualities to slow down your heart beat and relax your muscles, and it is often used in essential oils for stress and insomnia relief.

Chamomile- Chamomile has popularly consumed as a great relaxing Tea but there’s still very little evidence to suggest this claim. However the floral notes certainly add a calming effect on the soul and is a great winding down herb.

Peppermint- Animal model studies demonstrate a relaxation effect on gastrointestinal (GI) tissue, analgesic and anesthetic effects in the Central and Peripheral Nervous System, Immune Modulating Actions and Chemo preventive potential

Licorice- Studies have provided supporting evidence regarding the efficacy of Licorice constituents in combating Pre- and Post-Menopausal Depression in women. It contains essential minerals such as Magnesium, Calcium, and Beta-Carotene, along with beneficial flavonoids that help in fighting depression and anxiety

When we set out to develop Ayurvedic wellness teas we were committed to developing a potent and truly functional wellness product that offer genuine cures to our consumers.

We worked with Indigenous Ayurveda Practitioners throughout the Sri Lanka to understand the herbs and functionality of the ingredients. The products were then researched and tested by graduate students at Sri Lanka’s most reputed Indigenous Studies faculty at the Uva Welasara University.

The PHd students have tested the functionality of the products to verify its potencies. Hence all products are backed by the abstract findings developed for these studies.
