The team at Térapy Ceylon have gone through great lengths to ensure we offer the quickest, most economical options to deliver factory fresh Térapy to your doorstep. However as we use third party service providers and as each country has their own regulations, certain delays and customs charges may incur, which is out of our control.
As a general guideline, orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) is usually shipped out the same business day. Orders received after this time are generally dispatched the next business day. Please note that our International delivery partner, Aramex does not deliver Térapy orders on Saturday, Sundays and on Public Holidays in Sri Lanka.

It has come to our notice that the Customs Departments in certain countries may have begun charging an additional amount as Custom Clearance fee. We at Térapy work with the Customs Clearance Departments of different countries to ensure that the package reaches you as quickly as possible, but in these specific cases, the additional charge will have to be borne by the customer and any delays are out of our control. Térapy Ceylon and its holding company take no responsibility to such delays and charges.
For international shipping, we work primarily with Aramex worldwide .Express service on Aramex takes up to 3 to 5 working days for delivery to most countries. In the event there is a customs clearance intervention this could take longer.
