All Products are subject to availability. In the event we are out of stock of the item you have ordered, one of our Térapists will contact you within two (2) working days. We will communicate the expected delivery date of the item.
If this date does not suit you, please email us back on the same email and cancel the item from your order, and we will refund you in full, or you may choose an alternative product of the same value.
Back-ordered products include items that are not currently in stock. Should this occur, we would e-mail you with the anticipated dispatch date. If for any reason we determine that a back-ordered item will no longer be available, we will notify you immediately by e-mail.
