Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout.
Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across the United States.
- At this time, we do not ship internationally through our website. For wholesale or international inquiries, please contact us at support@terapyceylon.com.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Shipping Issues & Delays
- Térapy Tea is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or packages lost/stolen after delivery confirmation.
- If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If still unresolved, contact us at support@terapyceylon.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@terapyceylon.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll happily replace or refund as appropriate.
